Food Control Plan

I will be following the principles of food control.
#1 3 meals a day
#2 1/2 rule
#3 smaller plates
#4 have kids portion

Breakfast- peanut butter and jelly sandwich with 1 piece of fruit

Lunch-peanut butter and jelly sandwich with 1 piece of fruit

Dinner-veggie patty with salad
