The guidelines I am basically following!

1. Eat a salad every day
2. Eat 2 servings of fresh fruit daily
3. Eat atleast 3 servings of protien daily
4. Drink water only
5. No sugar
6. No flour
7. No low end diary
8. walk 20-60 min 5 days per week
9. get atleast 8 hours of sleep
10. Stay motivated
